What's your ETA for career success?
ETA stands for: EXPLORE-THINK-ACT: the 3 stages of career planning.
Career planning is an ongoing process where employees:
- EXPLORE their personal interests, abilities and career options
- THINK strategically about their career plan and develop goals
- ACT to achieve their career goals
Good career planning includes all 3 steps, and you may work through one
or more at a time. Depending on what career stage you are working on,
you need different kinds of information and skills. To make it easier
to select a course, each description states what the career focus is.
(Eg.: This workshop's career focus is: THINK.)
