Course Description:	RPT1: Discoverer Plus for SIS (Student Information System) This course is an intensive hands-on class that enables UVA Student System users, who have SIS reporting roles, to develop the skills necessary to design and develop ad-hoc queries and reports in Discoverer Plus. Both the presentation and practice exercises use data in the SIS Student Records business area of the database. Participants learn and practice effective query development, applying conditions, performing calculations, report formatting, and more. Note: This class is focused on learning the features (tools) of Discoverer, not on understanding Student data.
Objectives:	Create, manage, and work with queries, parameters, conditions, calculations, and reporting functions. View and analyze data using customized display properties. Create and apply group sorts and summary functions. Export report data. Schedule and manage reports.
Prequisites Required:	Obtain an iKey Must have received access to the SIS reporting database
