Course Description:	In this two hour session participants will access computer-based simulations and follow instructor led exercises. This course is designed for Lead@UVa users who will be responsible for providing support to supervisors and employees as they interact with the online tool throughout the performance cycle. Support activities will include reporting, task management, and updating employee information.
